Refund Policy

OzReady is a digital subscription service. Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged.

Free Trial All plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged until your trial ends. You may cancel at any time before your trial expires and you will not be charged.

Refund Requests If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your plan features, or if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@ozready.com.au and we will assess your request in good faith.

Australian Consumer Law Our refund policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
